Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed through shop.cleanbright.com.au. The shop is operated by Acacia Coast Pty Ltd trading as Cleanbright (ABN 83 690 274 492) (“Cleanbright”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell Bin Bombs deodorising granules in a 400 g packet and in 1 kg, 4 kg and 10 kg tubs. Product images are for illustration only. Product descriptions and performance claims are supplied by the manufacturer.

Prices and GST

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery within our delivery area is free. We may change our prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Delivery area and minimum order

We deliver only to the following Perth postcodes: 6005, 6007, 6008, 6009, 6010, 6011, 6012, 6014, 6015, 6018 and 6019. Orders for delivery to other postcodes cannot be placed through the shop.

The minimum order for delivery is $50 including GST.

Delivery

Orders are delivered as part of our existing service runs in your area, and we will contact you to confirm your delivery run. Delivery times are estimates only.

Please make sure someone can receive the order, or let us know where it can be left safely. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Payment

You can pay by credit or debit card at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we do not store your card details.

Invoice Me is available to strata managers, businesses and organisations. If you choose Invoice Me, we will send an invoice or collect payment on delivery. Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice. We may decline an Invoice Me order or ask for card payment instead.

Ownership of the products passes to you once we receive payment in full.

Accepting and cancelling orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we take your card payment or confirm your delivery run. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or the delivery address is outside our delivery area, and we will refund any payment you have made.

You can cancel an order at no cost before it is dispatched by calling us on 1300 059 691.

Returns, refunds and your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and a photo of the product.

We do not accept returns of opened products because of a change of mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Using the product

Use Bin Bombs as directed on the packaging and on our website. Keep the container sealed, store it in a cool, dry place and keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the products or this website.

Privacy

We collect your name, contact details and delivery address so we can process and deliver your order. We handle your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and we do not sell it to anyone.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
